Happy Friday everyone!!!

This afternoon we worked on review for the Math test on Tuesday. Last block we started something that I would like to continue every Friday called "Fun Fridays". During this block students will be given the choice of activities to do. This week the choices were work on Math with a friend, play Math games on a netbook, read with a buddy, do an entry in your Reading Journal, or draw/doodle for 20 minutes. I was very pleased to see that most of the class chose to work on Math with a friend since we have our Math test on Tuesday. Great choices today!

I also suggested some extra Math work from the textbook that can be completed if you and your child choose. These were page 22 #3-5, page 24 #1, and page 25 #2 and 3. Later tonight I will scan these questions and post them on the blog under "Extra Math Work" so that you have access to them even if your child did not bring home the textbook.

Reminder that the Math Review worksheet is due Monday.
